Yesterday, we came together for an unforgettable Women’s Day celebration, a day filled with movement, mindfulness, and empowerment. Hosted by @mundoeye in the inspiring @la_stratosphere_mia, a creative space where energy flows and ideas thrive, this event was all about honoring our inner strength and connection as women.

From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere was electric—warm smiles, high vibes, and a shared intention to celebrate our power through TaeTek, meditation, and a marketplace of incredible women-owned businesses.

Moving with Strength: TaeTek with @jcpernia

We kicked off the day with an invigorating TaeTek session led by the amazing @jcpernia. A fusion of martial arts, dance, and fitness, TaeTek is more than just movement—it’s a way to channel confidence, strength, and resilience. Seeing everyone embrace the flow, engage their bodies, and uplift their energy was nothing short of inspiring.

Grounding and Reconnecting: Meditation by @trueselfwellnesscenter

After activating our physical strength, we turned inward with a powerful Root Chakra meditation guided by @trueselfwellnesscenter. This session helped us ground ourselves, release stress, and reconnect with our inner power. Women sat in stillness, breathing deeply, and embracing the moment—a beautiful reminder of the importance of self-care and emotional balance.

No Women’s Day event would be complete without supporting and showcasing amazing women entrepreneurs. Our curated marketplace featured:
